Check out the fun-filled programs available during school breaks for preschoolers and children.

Register

Please register by Wednesday at noon the week before the program starts. Knowing registration numbers in advance helps us to plan supervision and ensure the best possible experience for your child.

We will email you requirements before the program starts that will have details about trips, medical forms, lunches, snacks, swim dates, etc. Please ensure we have your current email address.

Lunch and snacks

Please send your child with a lunch, beverage and snacks each day that do not require refrigeration or microwave oven.

Please note: No peanut butter, nuts or any foods that contains nut by-products are permitted. Children are not able to use snack vending machines or concession stands during program times.

Camp hours

Our camp hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily.

If your child cannot attend camp for any reason, please let us know by calling the phone number included on the Thursday evening email or by contacting us.

Arrivals and pick ups

Our Safe Arrival and Dismissal Policy ensures that children are only released into the care of their parent/guardian or into the care of an individual designated by the parent/guardian at the time of registration.

Updating names

This list of names can be updated at any time by speaking with the camp coordinator.

Please bring photo identification

You must show us photo identification when picking up a child daily to ensure that we are releasing campers to the appropriate, approved caregiver. While this takes some extra time at pick-up, it ensures the safety of all children in our care. Thank you for your patience.

Late pick up fee

There is a late pick up fee of $10 for each 15-minute period after 4:00 p.m. Please note that additional fees are not covered by financial assistance programs.

Medical form

Please let us know about any medical concerns (medications, allergies, EpiPen, etc.,) by completing a Medical Information Form prior to the start of camp. When bringing medications to camp, please make sure to provide us with one day’s dosage each morning in its original container. EpiPens and/or inhalers must be brought in a separate fanny pack that children six years and older must wear at all times. We will carry EpiPens and inhalers for children five years and younger.

Illness at camp

A child may be sent home if signs and symptoms of an illness are present. We will contact you immediately to pick up your child.

If your child is ill, please do not send them to camp to help prevent the spread of the illness to other campers and staff.
